INGENIUM EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The INGENIUM Excellence Awards are for infrastructure projects (where "projects" is defined in the broadest sense) and entries are welcome from any organisations in NZ involved in the field of public infrastructure. For the 2008 Awards there will be 4 categories:

(a)   Physical works projects under $1 million,

(b)   Physical works projects over $1 million,

(c)   Projects of investigations, reporting, systems, processes, etc, and

(d)   Asset Management Practice.

 

For categories (a), (b) and (c) entries are judged mainly on the following criteria: economics, environmental, social, cultural, consultation and innovation. For category (d) entries are judged on the application of the concepts and processes in the NAMS manuals.  

2007 Ingenium Excellence Award Winners
The Third INGENIUM Excellence Awards were presented at the 2007 INGENIUM Conference which was held in Invercargill. The awards criteria were the same as for previous years but the categories were different (see below).  The 2007 winners are shown in red. Highly Commended are shown in blue.

The second INGENIUM Excellence Awards were held in conjunction with the 2006 INGENIUM Conference at Auckland. The criteria were the same as for 2005 (see below). As with 2005, all of the entries were very good projects, but the winners were the projects that best met the awards criteria. The 2006 winners are shown in red. Highly Commended is shown in blue.
