Started in 1995 the National Asset Management Steering (NAMS) Committe has led the development of asset management best practice within New Zealand. The committee controls the NAMS Group which develops markets its asset management products. The structure of the committee, its members, and its companies is shown below.

The NAMS Group’s products are distributed worldwide. In many cases they set the standard and are the benchmark for infrastructure asset management best practices.
