Corporate Governance

The INGENIUM Board is required to comply with the Incorporated Societies Act, Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and the Charities Act and aims to comply with the New Zealand Stock Exchange best practice codes. 

The structure of INGENIUM is complex and as INGENIUM has Charitable Status, careful governance needs to be maintained so as to protect this status.
