Refunds: Ingenium memberships are not refundable once paid. Conferences and training are refundable, less a 10% administration fee, up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the event.
Please contact us prior to placing an order online if you have any questions regarding membership, conferences or training prior to booking. We regret, that due to venue booking requirements and other considerations we are not able to make exceptions to the aforementioned refund policy.
Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of your order online. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and if not shown otherwise are inclusive of GST
Security: Credit cards will be processed by Westpac. Credit card information is collected via a secure server protected by SSL encryption. Credit Card information will be used only for processing your online order.
